The Government of India mandates simulation-based training in all undergraduate programmes. It is only prudent that postgraduate and super-speciality doctors have a preemptive knowledge of difficult clinical situations before treating real patients.
The innovative ultrasound simulator enables learners to simultaneously correlate the scanned image with the internal anatomy for better proficiency. The sections of anatomy can be demonstrated in a three-dimensional view to enhance the understanding of learners. The simulator is also equipped with modules for ultrasound guided interventions.
The endo-laparoscopy simulators are equipped with latest technology to help learners become confident and adept at hand-eye coordination and equipment dexterity. Basic and advanced procedures in laparoscopy, bronchoscopy, hysteroscopy and endoscopy can be learnt and updated using the high-tech instruments.
The endo-vascular intervention simulator, the first of its kind in Asia, provides training in intricate vascular abnormalities. Real patient images can be incorporated for training, enabling learners to practice complex procedures before performing them on actual patients.
Our task trainers are lifelike anatomical models designed to enhance procedural skill acquisition for healthcare learners. These specialised simulators allow students to practice techniques such as surgical procedures repetitively, without risk to patients. This method fosters a safe learning environment where mistakes turn into valuable learning experiences. By focusing on specific skills, task trainers provide targeted practice that is crucial for building confidence and competence in medical procedures before real-life application.
